Our products usually ships within 24-48 hours.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.
Our products are shipped securely in non-descript brown packaging to ensure your privacy.
We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO, FPO boxes. If you list a PO, APO, FPO as your delivery address we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking information for all orders will be emailed to the email address provided and checkout.
Shipping charges are based on weight, and distance. For your convenience, this store provides on-line shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order.
Service Options:
-Ground shipped products usually arrive within 5-7 business days after order is shipped. -Express Saver shipped products will arrive within 2-3 business days after order is shipped. -Express Next Day products will arrive 1 day after order is shipped. -*Roses Express shipped products will arrive 1 day after order is shipped. *(This shipping option is for our FRESH ROSES PRODUCTS ONLY. Any product erroneously checked with this shipping option with be corrected and all fee's associated with the change in shipping method will be charged to the customer and email sent indicating the adjusted amount that will be charged to the customers credit card, bank or paypal account)
Please Note: “BUSINESS” days are considered by UPS to be Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
International Orders (outside U.S.A.) We do not ship outside of the U.S.A at this time.
Refund and Returns:
For sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will credit or exchange for defective items only.
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure there are no defects. In the event that you do receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service for return authorization. You will be given detailed instructions for return.
Defective products must be returned in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt.
